I was disgusted with the treatment of my auntie in this place. They left her in the nappy ALL day resulting in a rash and a UTI! When they ‘did’ take her to the toilet, they poured a bucket of water over her head (whilst sitting on the toilet). This was their idea of giving her a shower! She was never taken outside. Only moved from couch to bed where she stayed all day. She was extremely depressed due to lack of brain stimulation. Elderly residents deserve to be treated with dignity & respect.
