The team at Dandenong North provide such genuine and heartfelt care to my loved one and other residents as I observed on many occasions I was there. They are patient, kind, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels supported and valued. The environment is welcoming, clean, and very well maintained, which creates a homely atmosphere.

The staff at Regis Dandenong North are truly wonderful in their care for the residents. They are attentive, compassionate, and always go above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe and comfortable. The facility is clean, well-managed, and provides a warm environment that feels like home. I’m grateful for the kindness and dedication shown by the whole team.

The team at Regis Dandenong North are so kind and compassionate. Each resident receives specific care and the staff really know what they are doing. The Lifestyle activities are also so well organized. The home has a very warm friendly feel and treat all people with dignity and respect.

I had my placement here earlier this year for my aged care nursing and really did not have a great time because I felt bullied by a PCA named Tina. She was sarcastic whenever I asked her things relevant to my placement and often brought up her nieces, or whatever, saying they were studying nursing at a big university, not TAFE like I was in. Not only that, but she shouted at me and embarrassed me in front of the staff for a mistake I did not make. Worst place, if you value your family members do not let them reside here, I have had my grandpa get transferred here from the hospital for wound management and other treatment to be cared for, and his conditions got worse with in days, he also ended up with heavy bed and pressure sores. The Doctor was really upset after finding out that he was neglected by staff from lack of nutrition and lack of hygiene within this facility. They did not feed him, nor did they change bed sheets and blankets. The staff or pca here all hide ... read more
