Our Mum was a resident at Regis Forest Gardens for almost six years. I would like to acknowledge the wonderful love, care & kindness shown to Mum over this time. The Staff are always professional & respectful. I spent alot of time with Mum over that time both in her room & with other residents. I observed Staff interacting with Residents & was reassured with what I saw. There was joking, laughter & fun which was really lovely to see. Our Nan has been cared for at Regis for almost a year now and we feel she has continued to receive excellent care. The team is full of hard working and compassionate carers. We are very thankful for the wonderful care our Nan has received thus far!

must be the worst food ever in an nursing home ,everything is cooked in ovens only. ,hardly any fresh vegetables other than pumpkin meats are totally overcooked by hours ,menu items are an abomination of the advertised dishes , sloppy overcooked frozen vegetables or almost raw ,waterlogged pasta greasy lasagnas kitchen does not know what they are doing . extremely un healthy cooked food .breakfast is rubber eggs ,cardboard bacon or dried out powdered egg mixture , spending a fortune on brought in foods to survive

I myself have worked in aged care and this is not a place i would recommend, our family wishes we had thought to take my pop out of here to recieve his pallative care at home. While individuals here are absolutely lovely, the place as a whole is poorly managed. And managed is the operative word as management here perhaps do not have the level of compassion and respect for their residence that they should. It is definately understaffed and poorly maintained.
