My Father was a patient in the dementia ward at Regis Birkdale and I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone is warm, welcoming, kind and patient and the care that they gave my Dad over the years was fantastic and I'm ever so grateful. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.
Aged care facility with Memory support units. Staff are very good and friendly. Food is great. Most rooms look out onto Interior courtyards. Gardens could do with some TLC. Place has been built for some time and is showing its age but facilities are good. Hairdresser available.
As a family member, I'm truly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff. We couldn't have asked for a better place.
Absolutely wonderful aged care facility! The staff provide warm, attentive care and go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. There are plenty of fun and engaging activities every day, keeping everyone active and happy. Highly recommend!
