Poor customer service and rude. Unrealistic and inflexible authentication requirements. Refuses to offer alternatives to branch visits regardless of logistical complications. Regions Banks is disgusting. I would give them negative stars if it were possible.
Have enjoyed very friendly and personable service after opening accounts at this bank. Kind of gives you the "Cheers" experience :)
Mrs. Tonya was extremely considerate and went above and beyond to make me feel not only welcomed but really took her time making sure I was getting the account setup that would fit for me. Best overall banking experience I've ever had. Thanks yall
