Regions helps me any time with anything I need. They even helped my BEFORE I became a customer. That is how I became a customer in the first place. Always a good experience.
Poor customer service and rude. Unrealistic and inflexible authentication requirements. Refuses to offer alternatives to branch visits regardless of logistical complications. Regions Banks is disgusting. I would give them negative stars if it were possible.
