I use this Regions for work and the staff here are always helpful, competent, and kind. The location is also always spotless, as well.
Friendly. Attentive. Even other tellers who were busy acknowledged my walk in. Jesus Perez (name?) and his teller partner efficient processing. Cash withdrawal painless when ATM has maximum requiring teller use.
This used to be a great institution but by the looks of it all the great people have left. The place looks like a ghosted mansion is dirty with spider webs as you come in and the great customer service they once had is no longer there. Not sure what is happening with the upper management but this place needs some changes.
