Excellent customer service. I've been to three different branches and have always experienced exceptional customer service.
First time coming into this branch. I was having issues with one of my business accounts. The young lady there named Chesney was very helpful and got us taken care of.
Miss Chesney was such a great help. She opened my new account and was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Especially patient since I walked in 15 mins prior to close. Highly recommend.
This group of employees has consistently impressed me. From day one as a new customer to the next dozen times I’ve walked into the lobby, they have recognized my face, sometimes using my name. I don’t go into this bank often, maybe every few months. Where does that kind of personalized customer service happen anymore?
