Stopped at the Emory road branch in Knoxville around 5 minutes til4 with no idea it closed at 4. Got a phone call and while talking was rudely interrupted by one of the tellers with are you gonna do anything here ? Not we’re about to close can I help you then he became very defensive which led me too where I finally walked out. Will never go back and may close my accounts
Emily Cobb is my go to at Regions Emory Road brand, she is very knowledgeable of service offered at Regions that would benefit me and is always willing to share them with me.
Chesney immediately greeted us and walked us right into her office to help us. She’s great!
