I had banked with Regions bank for 14 years. Went to them for an auto loan last year what a joke. They have such a high turnover rate they don't remember who you are or consider customer loyalty. Fired them and took my business to VyStar CU which has been great.
I've been with Regions since it was Amsouth. I've been to many branches but this is my favorite branch. They go out of their way to help you even if there's a wait. They explain everything clearly and give you options that will work for you.
