I’ve been a customer for many years, but my experience at the Orange Avenue branch (3146 Orange Ave.) was extremely disappointing. I was helped by a Puerto Rican man with a large beard. Unfortunately, I never learned his name because he never introduced himself during the entire process. I went in to open a new account and clearly explained exactly how I wanted it set up. parked at 4:58 and pulled on the door, which was locked at 4:59. I got someone’s attention and they didn’t come to the door until 5 and declined to make a deposit for me. Then, they said the counter was already closed. Respectfully, before being a director of guest experience at a hotel, I was a bank manager. Had guests been in the lobby, the counter doesn't just close. You lock the door and work through your guests before closing up shop.
