My favorite branch to go to and get things done. I would rather drive 10miles to come to this branch any day. I even drove her during the snowstorm for immediate issue of debit cards. Very friendly people tho understaffed.
First off when I went inside the branch to speak with someone concerning my problem the Hispanic lady who works at a desk asked me the problem I was having when I told her she wasn't really friendly, then I stated well I keep receiving paper statements I'm being charged for which isn't any fault of mines because I told you all once before to STOP sending them to me, mind you this is the same branch I went to to have them stopped!
