The young woman in one of the offices was very kind and helpful. She explained I would need to visit the branch that actually deposited my transaction I was questioning. She informed me if what branch and teller it was. She further explained because the deposit was almost all cash, that was the reason I needed to go there. I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but I will recognize her again!
I came in a few days ago and was greeted and assisted by Timothy. He was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend Regions to a friend and look forward to continuing my banking services here in the future!
