I had an outstanding experience working with Chasity . From the moment I walked in, she was very professional, attentive and genuinely focused on helping me find the best financial solution
I understand that he’s new, but Adil was not very friendly nor helpful. Upon entering, I greeted him and all he did was just stare at me and once I got to the counter it as if he did not want to be bothered. Maybe it’s just me and I’m not trying to get him in trouble, but he just isn’t friendly in my opinion.
The staff had a terrible attitude and a very disengaged work ethic. Most importantly, they didn't care. The efficiency was incredibly slow. So, I had to go to another bank.
