Excellent Visit! Terrance was amazing! Thank you for everything.
I visited this Regions branch yesterday to close my account. The teller who processed my account was less than friendly. There were no other customers in the branch at the time, and she being busy was not the driver of her attitude. It really felt like I disturbed the teller from playing on her phone. When I left, I immediately proceeded to deposit the balance from my closed Regions account at the Chase branch directly across the street. The difference in culture and climate was very pronounced.
