They're always a big help
I have never been a fan of waiting in a long line a bank. especially When there’s a full staff It gives me really bad anxiety.
No good customer service,
As a Regions customer for over 20 years, I express disappointment that the bank have compromised my privacy and personal data security when an employee allegedly disclosed my banking information to unauthorized individuals. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Federal Reserve; however, Regions' staff appears to have covered their tracks, failing to protect my privacy and safeguard my personal information.
