Regions does not react to simple calls. I was told twice on two different days I would receive a call back regarding the issue. NEVER have called me. I consider their lack of response as their uncaring way of doing business.
They're always a big help
I have never been a fan of waiting in a long line a bank. especially When there’s a full staff It gives me really bad anxiety.
