No good customer service,
As a Regions customer for over 20 years, I express disappointment that the bank have compromised my privacy and personal data security when an employee allegedly disclosed my banking information to unauthorized individuals. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Federal Reserve; however, Regions' staff appears to have covered their tracks, failing to protect my privacy and safeguard my personal information.
I went to My Regions Bank in Cordova last Friday, feeling very uncertain as to how to complete some papers on a mortgage loan. My loan officer sat and listened to my problem and in no time had the solution for me and helped me to feel in control of my loan, She is very knowledgeable and personable. She makes sure you have the answers to all your questions and that you are satisfied with your decisions before you leave the bank.
