Have never had a bad experience tellers are always willing to help and make you feel welcomed the moment u walk i. The door even if they r busy and short handed they always take time to fulfill your banking needs. I a yr of going there ive never had a bad experience. Even under the stress of being short handed and busy the tellers always make u feel welcomed and do everything they can to satisfy your banking needs.
Useless bank. I have 3 accounts with regions but I don't go in banks much anymore since almost everything is done online but I needed a travel authorization for minor child notarized so my wife could visit her family in Brazil. They tell me not sure if they can notarize this type of document so I guess the computer in front of them did not have a button for that and most people at places like this now just no longer have common sense to think for themselves, so I had to drive over to ups store and pay $30 because wife needed... read more
I had a wonderful experience with Regions Bank, especially with Mr Bill Turner and Janice. They were so helpful, and so much better than other institutions I have dealt with. I highly recommend this bank.
Staff at the Headland Ave branch are amazing. Super nice
