Just left this branch and the team there is awesome, will be return for future needs. Yogi was helping me with my online banking and Andre came over to help with it. He was able to get my online banking back working and Yogi was able to help me with my account. I will drive back just to come see them.
I had a great experience at this location. I spoke with Andre and he was super friendly and took the time to ask thoughtful, personalized questions to help me find the right product for me. He even recognized my last name since my family does business there and asked about them—it showed how much the staff care about their customers. I only waited about five minutes before being helped. Overall, excellent service, and would recommend.
I would give 0 stars if I could. On October 31st, 2024 at12.44PM, withdrew $1,850 from my Ascend Federal Credit Union checking account at the Brentwood, TN location (782 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN 37027). On the same day (October 31st, 2024) at 12:56PM I attempted to deposit that $1,850 into my Regions checking account at the Maryland Farms location (5204 Maryland Way, Brentwood, TN 37027). I had an e-mail confirmation for an appointment for July 26 at 4:00 pm at the Maryland Way location for a Medallion certification. I arrived on time with all the paperwork only to find that the only person who could do a Medallion certification had left early for the day. This is poor customer service.
