Horrible Bank. 1 yr ago I was a victim of Fraud. The title company I closed on a property with, transferred my proceeds as a seller to a fraudulent account because their system had gotten hacked. The fake/ fraudulent account that was opened in my name was at Regions. When the title company told me what was going on, I drove to my nearest Regions location to tell them that a certain account was fraudulent and to please freeze it. The amount was 280k. This is the worst bank in the world. My father died and I have been trying to close his bank account down for 9 months. I have his drath certificate, and I am the executive of his estate. But everyone has one excuse or another, from they don't know how to close the account, to they can't find the account, to they need a manager and it's been months and they still haven't had a manager at multiple locations.
