On September 11th 2023 I found out we were the victims of identity theft. Brittany Burton at this branch handled it above and beyond all my expectations. It took a while to recover but Regions Bank took care of all of our financial needs and did it professionally, personably, friendly, and was reassuring on top of that. Later I found out about the use of the Now card. Just recently as of Sunday of this week, April 7th 2024, did mine now card was the victim of another fraudulent scam charge.
