I had put some money i hace saved for over a decade here due to the purpose to keep my money saved here to help my kids when they go to collage. Someone asked me if i could do them a favor and send their money thru my account so they could buy a piece of land in honduras. The Regions bank shared my account information to a 3rd party . I dont know if this was out of racism/disscrimination. worst bank ever. I am extremly dissapointed it shouldnt be like this.
Worst bank ever, cancel card for no reason and online says they are open when they are closed no one answers the phone during the day. Fifth third bank is basically next door and 1000% times better! Don’t Bank here You want to earn money on your savings and have great customer service bank with SoFi!
I love my Regions Bank branch. They’ve never let me down.
The service of the person attending the drive thru is excellent, he speaks Spanish, is kind and friendly, thank you for the excellent service.
