The drive thru teller I dealt with today was amazing ! It was a simple Check deposit but she made me feel welcome , she acknowledged my dog was in the car and gave him a treat and even made eye context with me! I know this seems like text book customer service , but as a person who works in customer service I appreciate the effort 👍🏻
My recent experience with the Regions Branch office in Florence was quite positive. The appointment was easy to set up online and the bank officer was thorough and attentive to details at our meeting.
They called me saying I cashed a check before Christmas and it was not it was after Christmas and saying they gave me to much money but charged me 300 dollars to cash it she said she gave me 9000 dollars but it isn't possible after she charged me 300 my check was for 9000 regions you need to do better a man was in there the same day I was and you did him the exact same way you done me I would not refer anyone to region's
