Alot of compromises to accounts, their systems down on Friday? What's up with that?
Regions has lost all credibility. They used to be a good bank now they have horrible customer service. They won’t release my mother’s CD because her DL expired 2 months ago. She is 88 and can’t get around easily. So now we have to get her a state ID just to be able to get her own money. They verified all her other information and it is no doubt it is her. Regions just wants the CD to auto renew at a lower rate. I’ll close all our accounts soon.
