This branch specifically gave me a card that does not work. I visited this branch in person because I got a fraud alert on my phone. I tried to activate the card online and the website kept saying it was a maintenance issue, and I couldn't progress with activating my card. Today I called Regions for further guidance, and the representative stated that the branch gave me a re-issued debit card which I have no clue on what that means. Tried to go in just to exchange a $10 bill for singles just to get looked at funny cause I didnt have an account. I will never open an account with a financial institute such as this one
