Several times now when dealing with the bank desk officers, they have been rude and short at the Goodman and Sweaney branch. They act like I am bothering them with my needs ….even on the phone too. I went to Independent Bank in Memphis and I was treated with enthusiasm and kindness. Something needs to be done with Regions bad attitude there. I do not recommend them for any banking needs!
