Ellen Harris just gave me the absolute worst customer service . I’ve had in a while. I cannot believe employees are allowed to be that rude to customers. She was telling every lie she could to get out of having to do something. That’s exactly why I left Regions. Good luck to the people that have to work with her. Central State Bank has been fabulous for anyone looking.

Bank has always took great care of my business and personal finances. Knowledge staff, helpful and supportive.
Jo was not helpful. As a new member I was told I need to see a banker to make a deposit. I initially opened my bank account in Homewood, but I am a resident of alabaster which is more convenient. She stated I would need to have a seat to speak with a banker. I will instead go to the banker that initially open my account in Homewood by the name of Alex. I do not plan to return to this bank due to the lack of assistance by Joe
