I opened my first bank account with Regions Bank as a teenager and have remained a loyal customer for many years. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the bank has been disappointing. One of my biggest concerns occurred when money was being withdrawn from my account without any prior notification or clear explanation. Went inside to do business .walk d right up to the counter where I was helped immediately.
My experience at this location was horrible. I walked in to get money out of my savings. This location has a lack of customer service training. After reading other comments it’s clear that I’m not the only one. Please visit the Kent Dairy location in Alabaster. Im torn between discrimination/ lack of training. Only when I walked out is when I was greeted to have a good day. I almost felt as though they wanted me to leave.
Ellen Harris just gave me the absolute worst customer service . I’ve had in a while. I cannot believe employees are allowed to be that rude to customers. She was telling every lie she could to get out of having to do something. That’s exactly why I left Regions. Good luck to the people that have to work with her. Central State Bank has been fabulous for anyone looking.
