Just as incompetent as the other branches. Call centre told me to visit a branch so I did, branch told me to call the number. I was literally sitting in a bankers cubicle and he called the number and could do nothing. A true circle of idiocy.
Big shout-out to Reshawnda McGee at Regions! She did a great job helping me and made everything easy from start to finish. Great customer service and a great branch overall. If you’re in the Alabaster area and need banking help, definitely go see her!

I am please with this branch. I have been helped more than once. I have been given what seems to be good financial advice. I have been pleased with Regions, generally, and, even more, pleased with this branch. I found Joy to be very helpful. Of all the banks I have worked with and am working with, presently, I am most pleased with Regions.
I opened my first bank account with Regions Bank as a teenager and have remained a loyal customer for many years. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the bank has been disappointing. One of my biggest concerns occurred when money was being withdrawn from my account without any prior notification or clear explanation. At the time, I did not have any overdraft fees, loans, or outstanding obligations that would have justified the deductions.
