The branch manager is unprofessional she's old but needs basic training how to deal with new customers trying to open a new account with bad attitude she doesn't know how to talk to the customer I hope you can see the security cameras around 1 pm today We went with chase bank just because ofbthe branch manager there

The branch manager is a joke. She hung up on me while I'm trying to explain to her my situation.regions bank is a joke they was holding 550$ of my money and refused to give it to me.if you bank with regions I suggest you find a different bank.
I came in and was greeted by a nice warm welcome. Dayana Vasquez is so amazing and professional and helped me open my first credit card with Regions!
