I received amazing customer service from this location. I was greeted by multiple bankers and they were all very kind. After the previous encounters I’ve had with other regions bankers at a different branch.,,their customer service changed my view of the company from negative to positive.
The branch manager is unprofessional she's old but needs basic training how to deal with new customers trying to open a new account with bad attitude she doesn't know how to talk to the customer I hope you can see the security cameras around 1 pm today We went with chase bank just because ofbthe branch manager there

The branch manager is a joke. She hung up on me while I'm trying to explain to her my situation.regions bank is a joke they was holding 550$ of my money and refused to give it to me.if you bank with regions I suggest you find a different bank.
