Tried to cash a check and was told to go somewhere else because it was too close to closing time. Had to pay rent so this was annoying, and was also on foot.
My favorite bank in bay county. They treat you right and they are always there to help you!!!!!!

I love this bank and mainly because of Derek Rowell.. he is the best..very friendly, professional, and knows who you are as soon as you walk into the bank. He makes sure to have a personal banking relationship and I finally feel like my account is safe in his hands. Would recommend mainly based on him.
Just went there literally to pay my credit card payment and pick up cash throught there Western Union. Teller was impatient, unreliable and outright lack adequate skills as a customer service agent. I showed and wrote all necessary information the tellers says maybe its am old number as its not pulling up with an attitude. I said no its not an old number. She said well have a seat until you ca.
