Every transaction and visit I've had with the Regions team on Taylor Road has been positive. They're professional, respectful, and friendly. Vincent Smith has been especially patient and helpful.
My first visit with Regions was excellent. The bankers and associates understand customer service. Compared to the larger bank's I've worked with, Region's feels like a partner's with me. Kudos to Cedric and his colleagues!
Two stars because let someone explain their visit such as this. I only went through the drive thru. Let's do common sense. I can't give you a thorough opinion with your survey... Make it easy for everyone to answer their experience. Not asking questions with limited answers. Thank you. I like Regions. Have money invested there but let's be totally open. Common sense.
