Staff not good service
Every transaction and visit I've had with the Regions team on Taylor Road has been positive. They're professional, respectful, and friendly. Vincent Smith has been especially patient and helpful.
My first visit with Regions was excellent. The bankers and associates understand customer service. Compared to the larger bank's I've worked with, Region's feels like a partner's with me. Kudos to Cedric and his colleagues!
