Their on site and notary at this location is a condescending troll and she displayed very racist and prejudice behaviors and mentality. Not just to myself, but to another black gentleman who was there before me entering the building. Ms. Cronin was very kind and she helped me get what I needed.
Having been a client for almost 10 years they were unwilling to notarize a buyers order to verify my identity for an out of state car purchase because it didn’t have a specific line for the stamp. Their customer service has declined for years this is the last straw for me and I’ll be taking my account somewhere else.
As a Regions customer for over 20 years, I express disappointment that the bank may have compromised my privacy and personal data security when an employee allegedly disclosed my banking information to unauthorized individuals. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Federal Reserve; however, Regions' staff appears to have covered their tracks, failing to protect my privacy and safeguard my personal information.
