As a Regions customer for over 20 years, I express disappointment that the bank may have compromised my privacy and personal data security when an employee allegedly disclosed my banking information to unauthorized individuals. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Federal Reserve; however, Regions' staff appears to have covered their tracks, failing to protect my privacy and safeguard my personal information.

I’ve banked with Regions for over 20 years, and my family even longer, but after my recent experience at the main branch, I’m convinced this bank has completely lost touch with what customer service even means. I came in to dispute a charge of over $900 for items that were on backorder for months. I had a full email trail from the merchant confirming the delays and confirming I would receive a refund after 90–100 days. That refund never came.
