They have 9-11 people working but will always make you wait will always give you crap service and will always disappoint. Bank with someone else. I left them after years because they've went down the toilet.
The teller in the drive through is very rude. This is her second time making me feel like I don't belong there. I should begin with I'm an disabled veteran from injuries I obtained fighting for this country in Iraq on both of my tours. I've been blown up and in a helicopter crash defending this country. The drive through tellers are extremely rude. A few weeks ago I pulled in the drive through 10 minutes before they closed, sat and waited and when I got up there they tried to refuse me and told me they were closed. When I said I had been waiting for 10 minutes, the lady called me a liar and said I was not out there that long. Then she did the same thing to the car next to me. The Customer Support agent was friendly and professional, but their proposed solution was not implemented, and the fraudulent charge persists in my checking account.
