Heather Moody is the perfect example of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE she went out of her way to help me with my credit card account. In a world where all you hear is "I cant I cant I cant "she went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful to her. She is an asset to Regions for sure.
The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't usually have to wait too long. I've been with them for many years and really haven't had any problems. Please check them out.
The absolute slowest, bank I've ever been in. The young ladies that work there act like its their first day every single time you go in. Set aside at least 30 minutes if you plan on going inside. They are absolutely terrible
