The staff here is always so nice. Love them. They are fast and even when they are short staffed they still do there best to keep it moving with a smile.
I don't even know how to explain the disappointment at this bank today. I had to make a deposit get change for the business I work for, so I went inside. The teller handed me the cash and did not even count it back to me, so I stood there and recounted it. And it was all going different ways, so as I was counting it I was also straightening it and putting it in order. When did Banks stop counting back your money to you and keeping it in order. Heather Moody is the perfect example of SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE she went out of her way to help me with my credit card account. In a world where all you hear is "I cant I cant I cant "she went out of her way to help me. I am so grateful to her. She is an asset to Regions for sure.
The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Don't usually have to wait too long. I've been with them for many years and really haven't had any problems. Please check them out.
