Staff is great , no complaints at all. My gripe is why these banking companies are allowed to not open until 9am. The hours for a bank should be 24/7, there’s no reason you should ever have my money and I can’t access it.

We conduct business in Lakeland and will drive all the way out to this branch for our bank needs. The staff is above amazing and we appreciate everything they do for us!
I’ve been to this branch multiple times and each time I have had to wait for service 30+ minutes. The staff is the epitome of leisurely; there is no sense of urgency to complete their tasks. They smile and are polite, but the quality of their work in timely customer service leaves a LOT to be desired. This is true whether there are 2 employees present or 6. It doesn’t change at all. If you go, plan to wait.
