This is the worst branch of Regions I have seen. Have dealt with several branches big and small in different cities. I know they are busy but if that is true, have more people! They have no one dedicated to working the drive thru on a Friday afternoon. I spent almost an hour in line and was the 7th car. One drive thru and 2 outside ATMs and one inside. Convert one outside to a drive thru and dedicate someone to work it! Very friendly once you get to someone but getting to them is a hassle.
The customer service at this Regions location is absolutely incredible! And when I tell you Antwaneisha is the only reason I’ll go into a bank happily, I mean it. She is so kind and helpful and attentive. I wish more places had this kind of remarkable service!
