If I could give zero stars i would I’ve been a loyal member over 15 years I had a fraud charge for over 473 dollars on my account from Walmart I explained the situation and was told it looks like I made the charge and was told to go to Walmart and dispute charges once I left Walmart I went to store on bayou and Noah helped me a was great at explaining everything and showed me compassion today is 12/19/24 I am leaving regions for good I’ve had enough
I have been a loyal customer with yall for awhile,today was the day I no longer want yalls service, nothing was lining up with a transaction and both employee and manager said their was a glitch but manager sits their and tells me I forced her to say their was a glitch how in the world do I force someone to say something. The slowest, no personal service. I went in to cash a check. One person ahead of me. After over 10 minutes, I went to the drive-thru. Two cars in line. One in the business line and one in the personal line. I’ve been sitting here for over 15 minutes and neither of those cars have moved. 😡
I walked in the lobby and was invited to come into Mandy's office almost immediately. I had a multitude of issues and questions. Mandy was pleasant, knowledgable, and understood each question I asked and rectified all my issues. Even though it took almost an hour to get my personal and business accounts current, Mandy treated me like I was her priority and important.
