Kind staff
The bank closes at 4:30 , employees here get mad if you come in at 4:20... very disrespecfull. They need to change there employees. This is the worst bank a ever been to. Worts customer service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This bank has no hospitability! I went in because I have a NEW PHONE NUMBER which cause me to run into a problem with access my online banking. I went in thinking I would leave out with great news! I didn't what I received was a lack of communication with me( they were whispering among one another)! I gave them TWO ids that had MY FACE ON IT! They stated they couldn't use those! It went from I can use a W2 To me overhearing them WHISPER THAT THAT OPTION WASNT ON THERE!
