My mother and I went in to do a wire transfer and we were assisted by Floyd E. Tate. He was absolutely amazing and efficient and so kind and we were in and out of there within 5 minutes. Highly recommend him when visiting this location!

Abysmal service, and much like the previous reviews the manager is impersonal and even went so far as to smirk at my situation with no reasonable recourse other than to allow to redline or take a loan after their fraud department didn't catch obviously fraudulent charges. Will be leaving this bank after my "obviously" frauded charges are rectified. I recommend anyone to steer clear of this branch and most likely regions in general.
