HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! This bank has no hospitability! I went in because I have a NEW PHONE NUMBER which cause me to run into a problem with access my online banking. I went in thinking I would leave out with great news! I didn't what I received was a lack of communication with me( they were whispering among one another)! Waited almost an hour to be told they don’t exchange damage currency.
After visiting a previous Regions location. That was not very helpful. I chose to find another location which lead me here. Taylor was amazing. Polite and caring. Without him today I would have been so irritated 😤. As usual this branch is more assertive and consistent.
Regions Associates are always ready to assist. I notice no matter what branch I visit they are friendly and eager to make sure I am a satisfied customer. The Associates know this is not a department it is an attitude.
