I got locked out on my phone for my account, The other branch I went to couldn’t help me at all they told me it was my phone. Well it wasn’t, this branch was very helpful and friendly, the lady I talked to her name is Tiona She was very friendly and determined to fix my problem , after many tries she finally fixed it, I’m very grateful she did , thank you Tiona, You did an awesome job .
Tiona is GREAT…. She is patient and repeated everything I asked her too until I understood
We’ve been doing banking at the east branch for 20 years!!! This branch I refer to as my family always there for us whatever the situation. James and Kimberly are the best.
As I was leaving I believe I heard the teller Shanterica or Sherrica or whatever her name was the African American woman to the right when you first walk in the door with the big hair say a comment to her other co worker about my name its great to know thats regions employees are allowed to act like that and not in a professional manor
