We’ve been doing banking at the east branch for 20 years!!! This branch I refer to as my family always there for us whatever the situation. James and Kimberly are the best.
As I was leaving I believe I heard the teller Shanterica or Sherrica or whatever her name was the African American woman to the right when you first walk in the door with the big hair say a comment to her other co worker about my name its great to know thats regions employees are allowed to act like that and not in a professional manor
I love regions and the banker Kimberly was great to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. Will continue to use that branch.
