Scott Atkins was PERFECT! , absolutely amazing and everyone is so heart welcoming , perfect customer service definitely made me feel worth my time being there and it’s great to have a bank who cares deeply about new and existing clients.
So irritated with Regions in General not this specific one but I have to travel farther then I used to just to get money or whatever had a atm by my house they removed it so dumb whoever idea that was and on top when I go to this location to the atm most time I have to get up out the car and go in because atm is never working so irritated with this bank do better !!! We need more atm locations!!!!!

Friendly tellers, if you're opening an account Scott is the guy to see! He really takes the time to make sure that you understand everything.
My card was stolen last month and my alerts were not working like they claimed so someone took a week long vacation on my card and regions just let it happen. By the time I noticed and missed my debit card they have spent over 2000 dollars. They are not doing anything to help find the person and even denied my dispute to return the money. I'm not stopping until I get every dime back. Any other bank sends me alerts on a out of State charge but not this one.
