I have always liked this branch until today. My husband and I went in this branch this morning to cash my pay check and the woman behind the counter told me that she could not cash my check because my ID was out of state. Well this branch had used my out of state ID numerous times before, and she also had an attitude with me let me say this I also have an account at regions. I always have a wonderful experience when I go to Regions on Lowes drive.
Another bad experience with the branch manager, Mr. Scott. This guy won’t even leave his office to speak to a customer when trying to send a wire. He will just tell his associates to deny request and won’t even hear anything anyone has to say. This has happened to me repeatedly. I called my home bank branch in Goodlettsville and they do over the phone what he refuses to leave his office for
Great Customer Service, and building is spotless
Easy to deal with compared to some of the other banks. Mobile app works great so far.
