Bad customer service
I visit Region Poplar branch at least once a week. Monday I was taking care of some banking and needed to go to the restroom. I asked the manager if I could use the restroom he said, yes, but I'll have to take you it's upstairs. UPSTAIRS!!!! WTH!!! Why isn't there a restroom on the main floor of this bank. I can understand the employee restroom begin upstairs, but the public restroom. What if I was handicapped this ridiculous and needs to be taken care of immediately.
