This my favorite branch! Been going to this Regions for awhile now. Whenever I go in someone always welcomes me with a nice smile! They even take time to make sure I get the best customer service ever! Thanks Regions 🤗
Friendly people but employees and managers change seemingly every 30 days. Hard to see the same people twice
Very poor customer service, me and another customer was waiting in the lobby and had to go up to the counter and ask if anybody is working here, the lady (black lady with glasses) in the back finally got up I told her that I needed a new card she ask for my name and I told her, after my card was done she got snappy and said I thought your name was ______ I told her yes that's my name that I go by, my middle name she gave me the card and muttered something as I was walking out. Knew not to come before I came. Sat in lobby nobody acknowledged me. Just sitting like a sitting duck. Can’t even get up to handle business got to drive on the other side of town to get stuff done.
