I have banked with Regions Bank forever. They do a great job. They have always taken good care of me. Unfortunately this branch doesn’t meet the Region’s Bank standard. They are very rude and aren’t helpful at all. I ended up going to the branch in Winter Garden. This branch is fantastic and meets the Regions Bank standard. They took great care of me. I will not go back to the Clermont branch. Like I said, not helpful and rude.
My husband & I were extremely satisfied with our service in the branch of Clermont. Matt Rogers was an incredible Banker/Rep. He was very patient with us, placed us at ease & was able to fix & tackle any of our questions & issues. It was a pleasure to have been able to do business with Mr. Rogers. We highly recommend him for any one wanting to do transactions or any other issues with the bank.
