My husband & I were extremely satisfied with our service in the branch of Clermont. Matt Rogers was an incredible Banker/Rep. He was very patient with us, placed us at ease & was able to fix & tackle any of our questions & issues. It was a pleasure to have been able to do business with Mr. Rogers. We highly recommend him for any one wanting to do transactions or any other issues with the bank.
Manager T***a Harris was really bad. She avoided contact when I entered the shop and later after I asked a help with an account configuration done already for my family, she insisted that wouldnt work. Just came back from another brunch and the other manager did the configuration.
The management of this Region’s branch is doing great job!! Amazing person… We may run bumps with few transient employees. The young lady at the counter (wears scarf) had always provided an excellent service 👍👍😍
