Professional, patient knowledgeable of my banking needs, friendly quick service, was greeted friendly as I walked into the door pleasant atmosphere with smiling face I would definitely refer friends and family members to this location, five stars for sure
Thank you Kizzie for saving the day. I came into the bank stressing and running late for work. With my attitude; I could have easily ruined the lady's day. Instead of matching my energy; Ms. Kizzie remained pleasant and displayed excellent customer service.
Kizzie Davis has a terrible attitude, lied about me not opening a savings account in person and told my wife she couldn’t add her name to the savings account even though she’s the one who told me to let my wife know she had to go in and sign some papers for her name to be added. Regions is a terrible bank and their employees have a nasty and condescending attitude towards their clients. Will definitely be closing all of our accounts here and taking our business elsewhere.
I’ve banked with this bank a long time along with my adult kids the bank manager has always been impeccable from day one Regions bank is by far the best and this location stands out just like all the others!!!
