Worst bank ever. I continue to be blocked from adding money. I explained yesterday when I was here that I was robbed and I was asked to update my my temporary 🆔 but when I returned by Lyft I was then told I needed two forms of 🆔 which doesn't include my birth certificate. I waited for almost a hour and half for the manager who showed up 10 minutes before closing just to tell me that this policy can not be viewed by customers. Yet my account was overdrafted yesterday when I was there regarding my account
Manager very rude and unprofessional talks to you like you don’t belong in the branch at all but don’t understand why I don’t want to bank with them I run a business and would never treat my customers as such
This is the worst bank I ever had nothing but problems from beginning to end.

In a nutshell, MUCH better customer service compared to the branch on S. Kingshighway. My Regions Visa check card may have been compromised a few weeks ago. Despite filling out a change of address card with the Post Office, the new card never arrived. I was shocked when told via a phone call with Customer Service, this branch could make me a new card on the spot! And they did in just a few, painless moments.
