In a nutshell, MUCH better customer service compared to the branch on S. Kingshighway. My Regions Visa check card may have been compromised a few weeks ago. Despite filling out a change of address card with the Post Office, the new card never arrived. I was shocked when told via a phone call with Customer Service, this branch could make me a new card on the spot! And they did in just a few, painless moments. Best Branch In Town.Always great service
Samantha Storz is the best!!!! I was in a financial bind that I truly didn’t know I could get out of. She took the time to explain my options and helped me get out of that bind and save $$! I was only going in for a new debit card, not expecting the help I received from her. She’s so kind, understanding, smart and patient!! (Also she has suckers)
