I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Regional Bank of Frisco branch, particularly with the branch manager, Ca-Ron. Over the course of four visits including bringing my newborn with me . I provided every document requested to open a nonprofit business account: Certificate of Formation, signed Board Minutes, one director present in person, my driver’s license, permanent resident card, and even my passport when it was requested.
