Beware, one of the agents called out my ssn number. They denied me a bank account and they dont know why.
This bank has been the most pleasant group of individuals to do business with, provide accurate information and make you fell welcomed. Until I applied for a personal loan, this all took a turn for the worst. I was given inaccurate information and was patronized by what seemed to be her manager because I was asking specific’s. I really thought highly of this bank/location but turns out these individuals are attitude focused not customer focused.
