Very friendly, informative, and are always eager to help. We’ve been with this bank for over 12yrs and never once had a problem. Their fraudulent detection is on point to and saved my husband thousands when someone stole his info after leaving a truckstop store. When they tried to use his info, Regions flagged it!!! Thank y’all so much!!!

I love banking with Regions. I have been here for many years and have never had a problem with them. They have the best tellers. Everlyn is who I usually deal with but everyone in this branch is awesome. Very much recommend the bank!
I went in to renew a time deposit (CD). I asked the Region’s banker assisting me to move some of the principal to my money market account and asked when the funds would be available in my account. She replied, “they are already there.” When I checked my balances later, the funds were not in the account as she said. This happened on a Friday (03/20/2026). It’s Monday (03/23/2026) now and still no funds in my account. I’ve tried calling the bank four different times today - twice I got no answer and twice got sent to a voicema... read more
