The people that work here are great. The ATMs that don’t work or not. Makes it very difficult to do something as simple as a deposit when the machine just gives you everything back. They’ve been broken for months now.

Monique is AWESOME!!! As soon as we entered the establishment she was at hand to help us, very gracious, respectful and knowledgeable. She helped us and also informed us of a better way to perform the transactions we were already doing. She's funny, polite and very attentive to your needs, I will definitely keep coming here for my banking needs.
From Connecticut and on vacation. Had trouble paying bill this month. Normally no issues. There are no Bank Branches in CT. Decided to visit this branch only 5 minutes from me. Must of been an omen! Monique Martinez was Fantastic! Had to make a phone to get it resolved and change password. I am now good to go. For some reason I had 2 profiles. Maybe because of merger. Thankyou so much Monique! You rock! Thats a Yankee shout out for being the best!!!!! Lou from CT.
