We have a business account which was established in January 2024. We are a construction business that engages in buying real estate & rehabbing. We have never ever had a problem with our account and ALWAYS have kept a positive balance. I went to a branch at on Hwy 6 and their server was down for deposit. So I raced to this Regions because it was the next closest location and it was almost 5pm. I got here at exactly 4:54pm and I couldn't get the through the door. Then a lady appeared by the door and said they were closed. Mobile deposit you may be thinking, well I exceeded that amount to deposit. ATM deposit is another option, well I don't carry my card around and I have the tap on my phone, but their tap never works at the ATM. So now I'm beyond frustrated... read more
Excellent service every time. The only thing I don't understand is why the guy in the office doesn't help anyone.
Christina was very helpful And patient. I only had an inquiry and she knew there was no transaction, but she helped me every step of the way and even calling the customer svc for me while i was there.
