I had a great experience at Regions Bank. The branch was very clean and had a modern, welcoming look. I went in to update some information on my account, and the staff was very helpful. They were able to provide me with a debit card right away, which made the whole process quick and convenient. Great customer service and a very pleasant experience!
I don’t have a problem with the branch .. they are lovely ppl .. I have a problem with REGIONS … worst bank I have ever signed up with . My online banking has been locked for a month just for changing my phone number . Fraud dept can’t help , the number they tell you to call can’t help.. NOONE CAN HELP …
These banks are thieves. God forbid anything happen that’s not perfect bc they aren’t going to help you out. Better keep a lot of money in there at all times or they will take and take and take with no regard for your personal situation.
Mr Richard, is the nicest employee I ever met. My parents had a great time working with him. I appreciate the fact that he was so patient with them.
