Quite simply the worst and particularly most incompetent bank in the Southeast. Possibly, with the exception of Wells Fargo, the worst in the U.S. I have banked there for over 20 years and not a day goes by that I rue the day I opened an account there. The branch people are ok but are powerless to do anything remotely complicated.
I had a great experience at Regions Bank, Cambridge Square Branch, thanks to Manager Corry Williamson. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. Corry walked me through the process of opening a checking account, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service!
I would like to give Cory the manager a BIG THANK YOU for his help today. I was having issues at the Tucker branch and I honestly am very relieved that I found this branch instead. He took care of an issue I addressed Friday that should have been “cleared” today at the other branch and it wasn’t. So thank you Cory!
