The rent portal was down for my residence, so I went to pick up a check in person since I live next door. I arrived about ten minutes early—my mistake—but it was 30 degrees outside and I was willing to wait until opening. Unfortunately, the staff inside ignored me and even appeared to be laughing about it rather than acknowledging me or offering a simple update. It was disappointing and felt unnecessary. Regarding your make-believe response. Let me be blunt. Clearly you are an AI bot, can't read or a combination thereof. This is not a branch issue. Top to bottom, from Green line to whatever, your bank is terrible on every imaginable level. Quite simply the worst and particularly most incompetent bank in the Southeast. Possibly, with the exception of Wells Fargo, the worst in the U.S. I have banked there for over 20 years and not a day goes by that I rue the day I opened an account there. The branch people are ok but are powerless to do anything remotely complicated.
I had a great experience at Regions Bank, Cambridge Square Branch, thanks to Manager Corry Williamson. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and a true pleasure to work with. Corry walked me through the process of opening a checking account, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Outstanding customer service!
