The guys at this location are excellent !! The service of Lauren and Dabner the supervisor are amazing!! They make the difference!!
I was really frustrated to find out that there were hidden fees associated with my accounts . It felt dishonest and misleading. I visited this branch and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. They didn't seem to want to assist me at all. I overheard a guy saying my appointment cancelled come now over a phone conversation but instructed me to wait. I observed a gentleman I believe cashier manager or bank manager steering an employee in the cashier counter to sell a credit card to another customer. Seems like it’s all sales... read more
