I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this branch. Banker Andres Rojas made the process unnecessarily difficult, unlike any other branch I’ve visited. The treatment I received felt discriminatory, which is deeply concerning. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told that the only contact available was the branch phone number no direct resolution was offered.
