Being closed for the entirety of a Saturday doesn't help me out much.
New guy John at the drive up window is a doll, he is friendly and kind, always has what I need and quick!!! Definitely a pleasure to work with.
Horrible customer service. Tanya never has the correct information and does the bare minimum to help. Branch manager is useless. These people lie. Move your banking anywhere else. Avoid Regions if you want real customer service
