Horrible experience, never opened up a account where I have to wait 8 days just to create a online account for "verification purposes ", that is such a inconvenience to people, and just like i opened it, I closed it. What more verification do I need if im coming in the branch? And the Asian guy their made me feel uncomfortable when I walked in because he looked at me as if I was about to rob the bank, are interaction was definitely weird, but I liked the Hispanic lady she was definitely warm and welcoming, he needs more trai... read more

Nicole the branch manager is the rudest most sarcastic person i have ever met it took her and two other associates to open an account and these three idiots still couldn’t get it right then she decides to call me days later with a nasty ugly attitude this is the worst regions bank ever and to think it’s in such a beautiful neighborhood
Worst customer service. You are made to feel like you are bothering them and the male teller didnt get his name was aggressively rude. Don’t dare ask him a question
