I have been with Regions Bank for over 35 years, and the first time I had to take out a HELOC loan, I was extremely disappointed with them. Despite having a credit score of 870, I still couldn't get a good rate. The adjustable HELOC loan didn't follow the actual FEDs APR. There were multiple rate cuts that didn't reflect on my loan, even though it was supposed to; they just kept the interest the same. DO NOT open a business bank account here. They are holding my company's money hostage. I showed up to get a cashier check payable to my sub and some cash, where cashier asked me to show him alternative ID beside my Driver License that is active and in good stands. I told them I never had a need to get my passport and that I did not have one, I had SSN and different debit cards from other bank. But they refused to.
