BAIT AND SWITCH!! They talked me into doing a HELOC, and promised a quarter percent discount on the interest rate if I set up automatic payments. So I set up auto-pay from my checking account with another bank, and then they came back and told me I don’t get the rate discount unless I set up a checking account with them and have the automatic payments come from that account - which they never told me until after the fact!
