This bank was recommended to me to finance my basement restoration. They have no real way to track your balance unless you call their office or wait for your monthly statement. There's also no way to have a multiple payment option where the first goes to interest + principle, and the other goes to principle. You literally have to call in each time to make a principle payment. Its almost as if they want to keep you a slave to paying down your balance with them. Be very aware and be cautious when considering this bank

Terrible customer service. Called in a change order at 1 pm on a Wednesday and was told to give her about 15 minutes because she was the only one there. Got to bank and only one teller, who just started 3 weeks ago was at desk with an older lady sitting at next opening typing on computer. There were 2 people in front of Mr and about 3 came in behind me. The older lady was not helping any customers.
