Eloy and Robert are the best workers at the regions bank or any banks I have been to they treat me like family and are always helpful and excited when I come in.
Worst experience with this branch.When I initially opened an account and safe 2 years ago everything was golden..The staff was nice etc.,.Today, when I went to access my safe after 6 months they changed the rules and when I was requesting her to make exception as we did not know the recent rule - the lady at the counter spoke about her banking experience and was rude enough to say ”You won’t find a safe in a near by bank”.Bad customer service and I am sure with this attitude she might tick many people off..Having such unwelc... read more
