Needed to withdraw money from ATM and all of them all either missing or not working. I can't access the one in the lobby either. This is highly inconvenient. Regions needs to bring back actual human tellers too!
I had a very disappointing experience at Regions Bank while trying to cash a cashier’s check issued by the bank itself. Despite it being their own guaranteed instrument, they refused to cash it unless I opened an account. Even more frustrating, they said they had to order the cash on Wednesday, and it wouldn’t be available for pickup until Friday. While visiting Regions Bank Rosenberg branch I needed assistance with a mortgage issue. The representative I encountered by the name of Alan Graves has absolutely made my day!! Mr. Graves had gone beyond the call of duty in helping with my issue that will hopefully get resolved soon. His courteousness, professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help me with a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with his daily duties.
