Stay away from opening a account with regions if get paper checks at your employer got pay held it for a week and still haven't got my money deposited yet really thinking about suing this bank for making me and not having acces to my funds
Staff has always been courteous, though I am not a "high volume" customer. Recently helped me with a financial decision that I feel positive about.
After 6 years of banking with regions and multiple times of dealing with threats of closures do to processing paper work on there end failing to update my paper work to stay in compliance .
