I have never walked into Regions Bank that I have not had any business that I had with the personnel handled quickly and efficiently. I am very happy there!
The Highlands Regions Bank is the VERY BEST BANK I have ever been a member of!! ALL the employees are EFFICIENT AND KNOW THERE JOBS and MOST of ALL, they are FRIENDLY and treat you like FAMILY!! It doesn't get any BETTER than THAT!!
Love banking here, very helpful stuffs. They always give my dogs treats and my dogs love to come to this bank, they even learned the word “bank”, whenever I say it they know where we are going.
My paycheck was deposited into someone else’s account on a Friday afternoon…of course this was a “holiday “ weekend…so there was nobody I could talk to in the branch or online until Tuesday morning….so I couldn’t access my paycheck…that I get every other week for four days…when I finally was able to talk to someone Tuesday morning….I was informed that it would be the end of the day until they could work it out because they have procedures to fallow….well good for region’s….not so much for me…..I’ll be closing this account…..... read more
